Persistent Chat History

OrviQ Assistant maintains persistent conversation histories so you can resume discussions and review past inquiries.

Storage & Isolation

Server-Side Ownership: Conversations are keyed strictly by (tenant, user_id).
User Privacy: Users within the same tenant cannot view or access each other's chat histories.
Conversation Management: You can create new chat threads, switch between past conversations, or delete previous threads from the Assistant panel history drawer.
