To ensure full accountability and eliminate hallucinated references, OrviQ Assistant produces Structured Safe Citations for every response.

Citation Types

OrviQ Assistant distinguishes two types of citations:

1. OrviQ Record Citation

Links to an authoritative tenant record within your workspace:

Identifier: Canonical business reference (e.g., CTL-2026-0004, RSK-2026-0017).
Interaction: Clicking the badge navigates directly to the record's register or workspace view.

2. OrviQ Documentation Citation

Links to official customer documentation on docs.orviq.io:

Structure: Includes the article title, section anchor, and verified URL (e.g., https://docs.orviq.io/concepts/controls#operating-effectiveness).
Safety: Constructed server-side from approved documentation metadata. Arbitrary LLM-generated URLs are never trusted.
Interaction: Clicking opens the official documentation article in a new browser tab.
