Action Plan Components

Assigned Owner: The individual accountable for delivering the remediation project.
Target Completion Date: The committed SLA deadline for resolution.
Milestones & Tasks: Sub-tasks with individual due dates and status tracking.
Verification Evidence: Proof submitted upon completion to validate that the remediation was effective.
